Follow these steps to reset a password:
Note: Please ensure you are using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is not compatible with the portal.
1. Navigate to the Drakes Connect Supplier Portal (https://connect.drakes.com.au)
2. Select Forgot Your Password? button under the login box
3. Enter your Username and select Send Code
4. You will receive an email shortly with a code to reset you password (If you do not receive check your Junk/Spam folder)
4. Enter the code received in the email and your new password in the boxes provided.
5. You can now login to the Drakes Connect portal with your new password.
